Save the Date: October 12, 2008: source ARTStorm
Remember this? Last year we held a sourceARTS brainstorm at Trey’s Mom’s Yoga studio up in Pukalani– we invited all artists and aspiring artists to share a bold audacious idea for an art installation at SOURCE.
Some of the presentations were tightly packaged with powerpoint images and others were inspired and shared in the moment. The gathering allowed ideas to meet resources.
This year, the arts brainstorm will be just a little bit bigger, a little big bolder and a little bit badder (not bad as in bad but bad as in good– gotta throw in a little Run-DMC reference).
Super Johnne has agreed to host at his art barn in Haiku. The exact location will be disclosed as we get closer to the event.
Save the date: October 12, 2008 for the sourceARTStorm. If you have a bold audacious art idea you’d like to present, send me an email and I’ll put you on the schedule. If you have no idea, please come and get inspired to get involved.
We’ll be starting and ending early– likely 5 pm-8:30 pm.
